Fail of faucet due to poor design

Leaking faucet due to poor cartridge (1224b) design, and impossibility to change, which all moen offered to repair was another failed cartridge. Removal Tool made for OTHER cartridges NOT1224b!. Moen offered NO other solutions. Kitchen faucet also failed after 1 year due to O ring User's recommendation: Don’t buy Moen.
