Ordered a Factory Effex Honda Backpack on 12/19/16 gave it to my 18 year old son as a Christmas gift he used it twice and it ripped. Contact MotoSport on 1/16/17 and received and email back stating it is wear and tear!! Really we had it less than a month!! Absolutely horrible that they don't stand behind their products. But they were so kind to offer me 20% to buy a replacement-- no thanks! I would have been happy if they replaced the product maybe our was defective or a credit on the website however at this point I will accept nothing less the my money back.
