I had a fradulent charge come through for a VERY large amount it was a pending charge and I called Wisely before that pending charge went through and put a dispute in, well 3 days later and they let the charge go through I asked them why when I told them that it was an unauthorized charge that I did not recognize they told me because the merchant refused to give your money back. i asked for a provisional credit and was told that they could not do that and that my dispute is going to take 45 to 90 days, mind you they took my rent money and don't care. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DON'T CARE.
