Extremely upset re:couch delivery SO -00716****

Hello, I wanted to talk to somebody about the couch I ordered on December 12. I was told it would take 8 to 12 weeks and have not heard a word since. I called today to check on it because I should be getting it any time now, and I was told that now it wont be here till the end of April which is extremely disappointing and actually unacceptable I feel. They said they emailed me to let me know and I didnt receive an email after even checking in my junk mail. What can be done to expedite this process ASAP? otherwise I am thinking of canceling because this is just ridiculous! What can be done to help satisfy a customer because right now I am completely and extremely disappointed with the service. I understand there are hiccups due to Covid, however, Waiting almost 5 months for a click that you paid $3300 for is not okay - Thanks, Jaci Holland
