Extremely unreliable, borderline fraudelent

Unbelievable that a company as large Nestle can be this unreliable and incompetent. In California employers are mandated to provide drinking water to employees. Unfortunately relying on Nestle to do this is a complete disaster. For months and month Nestle has pushed back delivery dates, lied about the office being closed, delivered water at odd hours, promised to send text message notifications and failed to do this. I have been waiting for my water delivery for 3 weeks and called Nestle. Each time they have promised delivery the next day and then no one shows up. When they do show up they deliver at odd hours and don't pick up the dozens of empty bottles building up in the back. This the worst service I have ever seen in my life.
