I have purchased a memory module from this website www.microcenter.com and received the wrong one. I contacted customer service and they said they'll resolve my issue as soon as possible and asked me to give them some time. One week later they contacted me and said that unfortunately there was nothing they could do and offered a discount on my next order. They tried to be nice, but they did nothing to help me. I did not accept their discount offer and I will never order from Micro Center again.
