I am not residing in India nor am a customer of bigbasket. But I keep getting emails and order confirmations from bigbasket. Even after sending multiple emails and proof of how gmail doesn;t recognize dots in the email id, they don't seem to understand. Have never come across such ignorant folks! I'd have tried bigbasket when I relocated to India, but this experience made me decide never to do transactions with them!!!
