1. I paid $263.26 for tickets worth only $80.00. Secure-Tix charges MORE THAN 3X the actual ticket price. I just googled the concert and clicked on the first link. I had no idea there were companies such as this. 2. When purchasing tickets the sales clerk clearly reads back the information and ticket price and advises that the sale is final. There is no ability to obtain a refund or cancel the order. 3. The seating chart from Secure-Tix made it appear that there were very few seats left, when in fact most seats were still available at the time of purchase. 4. This type of company should be illegal. Not sure why Ticket Master even has any type of cooperative relationship with unethical companies. This is clearly an abuse of its customers.
