Extremely Slow Shipping, Poor Customer Service

I placed an online order June 28, 2020. When I placed the order, their website said the "could" be a 7-10 day delay in the order being fulfilled. I was fine with this. As of July 15, 2020 my order was still showing as, "Pending" on their website. I called customer service and was told by the Agent that she didn't know why my order hadn't shipped. When I complained, she simply said she would, "...prioritize your order with the warehouse." I'm sure this was simply a line they are giving customers in order to get them off the phone. It's now July 23, 2020 and my order is still showing as pending. That's almost a MONTH since I placed the order. As I mentioned, I was fine with the 7-10 day possible delay they noted, but a month later and the order is still pending. Ridiculous. User's recommendation: Do not buy from Harbor Freight.
