Extremely slow payment

Lynx has been holding over our payments on the last 4 insurance jobs we've provided for over 60 days! They send a fax and email saying that they haven't received an invoice with a 40 day notification which is *** We always fax our invoices with 1-3 days of job completion. After RE-FAXING them the invoice(s) it still takes them at least 2-3 more weeks to pay. Now they won't even take your phone call for accounts payable, I have to email them and wait for a response. We have to pay our bills! We need our money too! I think it is an underhanded and deceitful business tactic to hold your (OUR) money for a few extra days so they can earn interest on it while it stays in the bank longer. We are going to start telling customers to pay out of pocket and get their insurance to reimburse or just refuse any Lynx jobs all together.
