I bought two items from www.cndirect.com website back in August and it took them over 5 months to deliver my order! The whole time I was trying to cancel my order and get a refund, but they said no and asked me to be more patient. And finally after 5 months of waiting I received my package, but what was my surprise when I opened it and saw that there was only one item inside! Contacted CNdirect and asked about the missing item and they said they'll ship it right away. So I guess I have to wait another 5 months to get it. These guys are the worst!!
