Extremely rude representative

I preferred to call customer service via the direct line - your 1-800 service is horrible in that I have to strain my ears trying to understand the extreme accents of the representatives. The representative at the Seattle Customer I spoke with refused to allow me to be transferred to an agent whose first language is English. User's recommendation: Lower your expectations when communicating with customer service at Amazon.
