Extremely Rude and very inexperienced employees

When I called in my order I Asked for a custom chicken parm sub with breaded chicken instead of grilled .They sell breaded chicken tenders so I figured they could do it they told me “No,” on the phone and gave me no reason why. So I thought I would ask the manager in person while picking up my meal. When I ask her why they can’t sub out chicken tenders for even an up charge, while I’m mid sentence she just picks up her phone and starts talking to someone she didn’t say “excuse me” or anything. I ask this young kid and he just stared at me clueless. Then I get home and My parents are missing some food so they call and they say oh well it’s here you come get it whenever no apology or anything I go back for the rest of the food and they I just gave me my food and gave me a very rude look so I complain and they didn’t even offer to do anything to make it right so here I am I’ve worked in the food industry my whole life and I’ve never seen anything like this
