Extremely rude agent

I was transferred to a supervisor who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He actually hung up on me. I can provide the details of the phone call conversation in detail once Im assured Ive reached the correct line or phone number. However to provide a brief summary, I was basically asking about getting the monthly fee waived. In customer service its not only unethical and unacceptable but its HIGHLY unprofessional to speak very rudely and insulting to a member. Thank you, Amecia Moody User's recommendation: Do not purchase the serve card.
