Extremely poor !

I over paid on my bill. I called customer service. Was on/off hold for over 1/2 hour when I only wanted to know how to cancel one of my payments. User's recommendation: NEVER`!!!!!! (WILL LIKELY CANCEL MY ACCOUNT).
