Extremely Poor Customer Service!

I've been calling for 2 days in a row and each time it would state my hold time is "1 minute"...not at all true!! I've been on hold a total of 4 times for over an hour and hung up after an hour the first three times and then the 4th time someone did answer. I told them about their hold time saying 1 minute and in fact it was over an hour. They asked for the barcode for my annual pass member(s) and as I was about to give them the barcode number they placed me on hold AGAIN and it stated it would be a 15 minute hold!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! I hung up after the initial shock of actually being placed on hold after a customer service rep JUST answered!!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! For the amount of money you all receive from everyone who does business with you, you would think that your customer service would be top notch. But it seems that's not important, along with quite a few other things within the company.
