Extremely Poor Customer Care/Support

I have been in queue to Customer Service now for 57minutes and counting. I started as 4th in queue, and have remained #1 for the last 30+ minutes. I'm not sure how this can be, and certainly they have one person manning the desk. Very Sad and obviously they don't care, nor review their hold stats. This is the third time in three weeks and in all case the time to reach someone has been impossible before they closed for the business day, or it has exceeded 45 minutes. A warranty issue and expected replacement has generated these calls. My follow-up today is due to the fact that a case was open to address and send the replacement (two weeks ago). Last week I followed up with an email to try an obtain if they'd gotten the details necessary and how I'd know when the item would be shipped. NO REPLY TO EMAIL So today, now two weeks since the case was open, I'm calling in to just obtain the above email information. I see many others have experienced VERY POOR Customer Care. It is sad that a U.S. company can't do better than this, as they sell products made in China. Very unhappy and now 1 hour and 4 minutes and remain #1 in Queue
