Extremely poor business practice to not take care of a customer

Very disappointing experience with this company. Our business bought one of their safes. It’s very difficult to get replacement keys made, so we had to reach out to them directly. We ordered a key, and did not receive it. After a month, including trying to reach out to them, they basically blamed the Postal Service, insinuated that I may have lost the key, and would not provide a replacement for something that only cost $13. Extremely poor business practice to not take care of a customer over something so small. Enjoy this review. Next time, think about taking care of your customers a little bit better!
