Extremely poor AC and heating service

INCIDENT 1: In June 2015: We called them at our home in Andover for AC regular service. The AC stopped working after couple of hours. Later, when we called them, they came and checked it and said that there was no gas in the system even though they had checked the equipment just one month back. They said that there was no gas in system and they would need to spend lot of time to figure out the problem in the AC. I paid around $ 180 for the service done one month back. For the second visit done in end of June 2015 for the problem mentioned above, they charged $ 350 dollars. Suspecting something fishy since the AC had just been checked one month before and was working fine prior to the service, I called an independent contractor I had earlier worked with. He came and checked it and said that the gas tank was most likely left open deliberately causing the gas to leak. When he filled the gas, the AC worked fine for the whole summer. This independent contractor charged me another about $300 to fix the problem. INCIDENT 2: In 2013 December, when I called the same company for heating service, they came and did the service (I paid around $180). Within two days of service, the heat started malfunctioning and only the basement heat was working and rest of the heating in the house was not working. I called them and they came and checked the problem. They charged me $300-$400 more for the second visit, and they told me that I needed a new control panel for which the cost of the control panel will be around $500 and the cost of manpower to install it will be around $500 at least. My husband bought the same control panel online for around $150 and I got it installed by an independent contractor for around $250. This independent contractor said that the control panel did not even need to be changed. I had signed up for two year contract in summer of 2015 paying about $ 800. After these incidents, I lost all trust in this company and I have not called them back for any further AC/heating service or repair. I have since hired the services of another company for these purposes for which I had to pay another $ 350 for the heating service in winter of 2015-16. It is clear from these incidents that the service of this company is extremely poor and it appears that they might be sabotaging the equipment or falsely trying to replace even functioning equipment to overcharge for the equipment cost and the labor. I have ended up wasting lot of my time with this company as well as lot of money amounting to about $ [protected] (obvious from the details above.). I have all the receipts and the credit card charges to back up my claims. I plan to bring this consumer unfriendly company to the attention of the better business bureau as well as their state licensing agency. I want this company to fully reimburse me for all the troubles and the monetary loss mentioned above. I also want to alert all the consumers in this area (Andover, Methuen, Salem, Haverhill, lowell) about this horrible company. Please never call them for any AC/heating service and don't sign any service contract with them as they will still come and create some problem which will not be covered under the contract to overcharge for it.
