Extremely Horrible maintenance service

I've had to wait over 5 days for them to order and put in my dishwasher, the front office told me on the 6th day that they would come and replace it and it's still not replaced. I'm expected to pay full rent for a broken apartment and I have not happy about that I should not have to pay for something that is broken.
