EXTREMELY dissatidfied customer.
Cathybuy service can only be IMPROVED by the company GOING OUT of business. About two months ago I ordered 8 items from this company at the cost of $146.00 and a month later I received the package and discovered that one item was missing and that the quality of, and the sizes of the merchandise was extremely lacking. On trying to contact the company (they have NO phone #s) it was about 8-10 days before I actually got a response. Now, after the 30 day return policy has ended, I finally got a return address and returned the package on the 17th of may. Why this happened I do not know but I got NO tracking # from UPS. The company has now told me their warehouse has not received my return package and have TWICE asked for a tracking # after I have told them TWICE before that I have no tracking #. I, in twenty years of doing business through my own company, have NEVER had a lost UPS package, either coming or going. I believe this company is simply refusing to refund my purchase and are actually using this excuse to justify not doing so. WARNING to any and all potential customers..STAY AWAY from this company.. They are a SHAM company. Their merchandise is not as advertised and the QUALITY of their products are the lowest I have ever witnessed.
