Extremely disatisfied- Missing Parts and No Response

I purchased several items from American Freight, Franklin Mills Philadelphia location on 10/18/20 (See purchase receipt attached). I received several of missing parts for King Storage Bedroom (See photos attached). I paid $200 to assemble this bed set and noticed the foot boards and several other small parts were missing. I contacted the store and they said, they cannot do anything so return the bed set and they will send the truck to pick-up. Now I paid another $100 to dissemble this and called the store number several times and texted on Andrew and Luis who gave me the cell several times to pick-up the set, but never returned my call . I am ready to file a lawsuit if anyone from corporate office does not resolve this issue. User's recommendation: Furniture has reasonable price, but there are missing parts and no response. Never again order from this place.
