Extremely disappointing Customer Service

On May 28, 2020 I placed an Order for a Cardigan Jacket. On June 23 I received a email to review my order received. I called North Style to inform them that I never received the order. It took them 2 days to find out that the order went back to them due to not having an address on the Label. The Agent then placed the order again and charged us extra shipping of $10.95. Today is July 23 and still I have not received my order that was fully paid for. The Agent told me she did not know why that happened. She also never offered a solution. I decided to ask for my money back she told me that they would do this and sorry. That was it plain and simple with not caring at all. User's recommendation: Be aware of the pour customer service and read all the review first then decide.
