Extremely disappointed wit AARP Travel

After 23 hours on hold (over 11 calls) and having to speak with 12 different people (including 3 supervisors), we finally got our flight credits. I have never seen worse customer service before in my life. Few of the representatives are actually trying to help. They don't read the notes on your reservation and will constantly disconnect the calls. Make reservations elsewhere. User's recommendation: Avoid AARP at all costs.
