Extremely disappointed customers

About 2 Years ago I purchased a mattress which had multiple problems getting it delivered I ended up getting a $500 voucher to purchase something else. As soon as we found out that they were going be going out of business we ended up going to the store and picking on A-day bed, then the covid-19 struck hard and Art Van decided to close all their business 4 days before I got my purchase. I've made multiple times to try to resolve this By going to the corporate office and making phone calls. Which obviously got me nowhere.
