Extreme technical problems; failure to authenticate property

Dear Sir or Madam: I have been having extreme difficulty with your authentication process and then your customer service, as follows: 1. At the first authentication, I plugged in my correct year of birth 5 times and your system did not take it. It then showed that I did not pass the authentication, but proceeded to allow me to continue with the course. 2. I spent several hours on the course, completed 64% and came to another authentication juncture; called the number 10 times and received a message that there was a problem and I was not able (due again to your system errors) to authenticate. 3. I then called customer service 4 times; only to wait over 5 minutes 2 times and then hung up and then reserved by spot in line for a call back twice and RECEIVED NO CALL BACK. Please call me back ASAP to rectify your poor technical system. Call me at the number below. Thanks in advance for what I hope will be a successful resolution.
