EXTREAMLY DISAPPOINTMENT FRON AFTER SALE SEVICE
Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to show utter annoyance at your services. As I am a regular customer of Sony appliances, I bought PS4 pro from your company on Feb 24, 2020 for my son. After a month, it started giving me a problem. The problem was the improper functioning of the right-hand joystick, also called R3. Although remotes were replaced, that was just a stupid diagnose of the problem. Problem is with the console not with remotes, but the technicians are not well trained and cant understand the problem. Since we went to the service station four to five times, the technicians there did not solve our problem, but instead every time, they only initialised or reset it, which didn't solve our problem. Therefore, I want appropriate services from your side. As I have been your regular customer, so this ignorance is irrelevant. Kindly solve my problem otherwise I would not be your happy customer. I solicit your cooperation. NAVDEEP SINGH KAINTH User's recommendation: No product of sony other than TV is without some defects. Indeed, service stations are full of incompetent technicians, who can not understand sofisticated technological products.
