I contacted SAGE team in UK first they transferred me from one department to another it seemed no body had a clue of what they were saying. I had to explain the situation few times to each person coming on the phone and three people gave me three different prices. Finally a rude person came up and said by hook or by crook you will need to buy the software otherwise you will not be able to access the backup data and not on monthly rolling contract you have to sign up for 12 months. Its complete rip off. SAGE team does not seem professional at all. it was a pushy sale. I was thinking of joining SAGE Accountants Club but now i guess after hearing this kind of pushy sales I would SAGE would to re think about their customer services. and also to find solutions rather than just sell their software.
