I recently purchased a Family Size 24oz package of Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese and found that it was not extra sharp at all. I would say it was most likely Medium, or even Mild. Certainly not Extra Sharp! This is at least the second time in recent memory that this has happened. When you love the sharpness of cheddar the way I do it is disappointing to say the least. Also fairly expensive for the wrong thing. I assume since it was not the first time, that someone knows exactly what was going on and why it was labeled this way. Because of this I will look for another brand of cheese and will not purchase any more Kraft. I know this will not hurt your business one bit, but I thought someone may want to know.
