I cannot believe that they came up with making extra money over a customer service that should be and is free in any country of the world!! - is similar to Carrefour extra charging because they help you with placing your groceries in the bags or like a taxi driver charging you because they help you with your luggage!!! - a horrible customer service policy possible because there are no other options but ADNOC.
