Extended warranty on stick V6 waiting two weeks, still no outcome.

12/11/2020 I reported claim on warranty,20/11/2020 I dropped vacuum to Dyson service for assesment and the suppose to email details to Product care.They still didnt.They holding my claim details and not forwarding it to product care. Product care rang twice to Dyson to send them my claim. I email Dyson regarding my claim-no response. This is my worst experience with warranty claim. I rang them many times, no outcome. Very frustrated Dyson owner. User's recommendation: if you have claim by ready for hassle.
