Extended Warranty – Denied Claim

Bought a couch in Aug 2017, and bought extended warranty. In the past 10 days the springs have popped up. Contacted Bad Boy last week, sent them multiple pictures. They denied the claim without speaking to either my husband or I. So I called, left multiple messages, voicemail and emails and still no one has called or replied. Worst customer service in the industry. Would not buy anything from here ever again. User's recommendation: Stay away.
