Express Lube State Vehicle Inspection Review

Express lube in Boerne Texas have the slowest working attendants I've ever experienced. It is the 1st of March and had several cars in front of me for inspections but 30 minutes is excessive. When I asked the manager how long an inspection takes he said 15 - 20 minutes. Even that is too long if you have a dedicated line for this service.
