Paid $249 for next day delivery from Laguna to Bonsall, CA, still haven't received the item and customer support marks your file as you complained so they are now holding my item hostage. Called customer service multiple times with no resolution. Asked to be transferred to a manager or supervisor; every customer service agent flat out refused the request. Worst customer service and experience. The last time Fed-Ex so called came to my home the delivery driver lied about making an attempt to deliver. Horrible experience and I will be sure to take my business elsewhere and will not buy from sellers who use Fed-Ex.
