Expired sim card and did not receive free phone

My husband signed up for safelink and when he did he hit the wrong thing well customer service refused to let him fix his application sent him a expired sim card that was already activated I faught for 3 weeks with safelink tmobile and tracfone and still was being ran in circles with no help well when I brought all this to safelinks attention about the expired sim card and the free phone they wanted to lie to me over and over even when ibwas reading them the proof and everything so my husbands account is fixing to get cancelled all because u couldnt use his service to keep it active and for all this trouble we have had I think he deserves a free phone of his choice plus whatever network he wants to be on
