I opened the bottom where the sponge is located and the sponge was as hard as a rock and cracked like a cracker! I can provide a picture if needed. They are not accepting returns right now because of the coronavirus. I would like a refund or a replacement sent to me. When I checked for the UPC code, I noticed an expiration on the bottom which says “00/19”. So I’m guessing it’s expired ? Thank you User's recommendation: Check sponge and expiration date.
