Expired Groupon

My Groupon is expired and your website wont let me use a coupon code and a voucher code. Please help. I have 2 groupons - 34.99 and 48.99 which I want to use along with a holiday coupon. User's recommendation: As of now I am disappointed with service. My recommendation will depend on how my ordering process goes through.
