Expierence

I checked into the hotel on June 13. My first night the front desk clerk knocked on my door claiming I was smoking. He said if I don't open I have to leave. I let him in and he found nothing. I opened the door and I noticed he was going door to door kicking people out. I went downstairs to talk to him about it when an angry hotel guest came in banging on the Plexiglas. They argued about the hotel attended (Ahmad) kicking them out and pulling a gun on his pregnant wife. They went outside when the angry guest pulled an AK 47 on him. At that point AHMAD RAN INSIDE AND DID NOT CALL POLICE. He called his friend who can provide him with a weapon of that caliber. I went to my room and told my boyfriend what happened, and he said just tell the manager. The next morning I talk to Eli the manager, and we had a amazing conversation about what happened and why it probably happened. We had a great talk about race relations and the tension in the black community. I told him be cognizant on how you treat certain people. It's not fair to harass guest. We were going to leave the hotel but Eli convinced us to stay the next two nights, and we agreed because he was so sweet and polite. Later that night my boyfriend calls and tells me he's getting put out. I come to the hotel to see why and its Ahmad doing what he did to us the first night! I asked him what his problem was and just like the man before I pushed the glass out of anger because I felt harassed at a hotel we frequent often. The glass fail, and he peppered sprayed me in the eyes. I personally feel as if the glass was going to fall anyway because people bang on that glass because of him. I work for Marriott and could easily stay at a Marriott and pay way less but my boyfriend likes that hotel, so we stay there. Working in the hotel industry I see a lot of things but not a front desk attendant holding weapons. He has to carry weapons because he's harassing your guest and he knows one of them may blow up on him. If he has to bring weapons to work, and he's not security then he shouldn't be in customer service. It's not right what he's doing and what the company is allowing him to do. I will be filing a lawsuit for my damages and pain and suffering. User's recommendation: DO NOT STAY HERE EVER.
