Allowed potentially fraudulent transaction inside their own systems on my credit card while telling me I cannot charge my monthly fees to it. Then, when discovered, refused to give me credit and told to dispute with my credit card company. Customer service stinks and phone systems kept cutting me off every time put on hold or being transferred.
