They never completed the bathroom inspections, due to house being winterized. They said call after plumber comes. Well they never showed up to complete the inspection and Kara wouldn't answer her phone. They never inspected deck on front of my condo. Now I have to pay an inspector. Well as far as the inspection goes, they never revealed any of the issues concerning cracked joints in plaster due to water problems and many other issues. They were recommended by the real estate agency so therefore they ignored any issues. There were water signs in basement that was pointed out later. They were the very worst people to ever have inspect your home.
