My two friends, my mom, and I walked into the Pompano location in FL today and experienced a large area with no supervision or directory. Being I have attended a trampoline park before, I knew to sign a waiver on the computer; if you are new to the park there may be confusion due to the large amount of staff conveniently puttering around. After that, we went to pay and sign up yet again because the waiver computers don't seem to transfer information to the computers at the register. Our staff member was very slow and we had to repeat information several times. He could not get the prices right, gave my friends and I different "group letters" and "time slots" whatever that means, and forgot to make us PAY for special socks you must buy or have in order to participate in their activities. The staff member at the counter had to open up a whole other transaction just for socks that cost $4 each. Keep in mind we all payed the full price of $30 each to have 'all access' when half of their attractions were closed or taken. There is a confusing limited time slot on the open trampolines but are good to let off some steam. Also, my "tag" was coming unstuck from my shirt so I naturally put it away so I wouldn't lose it but was asked by a staff member to see it in order to jump. Some of the staff seemed attentive but rude, others were just hanging behind the counter chatting away. Foam pit is fun but not organized. Clean place but overall a waste of money and time with limited options. Take your children somewhere else if you want to save your wallet and time. A fun and free outdoor local park can provide exercise for example.
