I DO NOT KNOW IF THE REVEIWER WAS RUDE OR NOT BUT FOR A COMPANY TO REACT THE WAY YOU DID , IDO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT REACTS THE WAY YOU DID. YOUR COMPANYS CUSTOMER SERVICE FALLS SHORT OF EVEN POOL SERVICE.
