I ordered my headphones the first week of June. About two weeks ago, I stumbled upon all these negative reviews regarding Winnergear. I emailed the company and like many others, I was told my headphones would go out with the next shipment. Based upon what everyone else has said, I was expecting to be attempting to get a refund about now. However, last week, I received a shipment notice and actually received the headphones today. They work exactly as advertised and other than the long wait, I am pleased with the purchase. I see on the box that they were manufactured in China, likely explaining the long delay in shipping. User's recommendation: Be patient, the headphones are real and not a scam.
