Existing loan

Opened up a loan was on the payment plan. Then went in the store and payed each payment, the last was taking out of my account. Now Hamtramck check n go is saying I have to bring proof that they took it out of my account. I just don’t understand why do I have to go through so much extra stuff when they are the ones that took it.
