Exerciser needs revamp

The pedal unit on the deluxe exercise bike broke the first week. I found that the grooves cut for the c clips are cut too deep. The thin wall tube snaped at the groove.please send me a pedal unit.item# l at394 dana st. Wilkes barre, Pa 18702
