Upon returning the car I was charged for minor damages to the bodywork. My booking with Carflexi should include this kind of protection but no tel. nr available to be contacted, just mail to which no one replies. No info on how to proceed, no address where to send the documentation, very very bad service. I will never recommend carflexi to a friend CarFlexi e-Voucher: CF73F73E
