This site is nice to order wigs for a decent price. But horrible customer service. They are only in office until 4pm. And they don't respond to emails until the next day. They never pick up their phones. How are you supposed to get customer service of they are never there for you. I emailed them about a wig I wanted to exchange three days ago and now their office is closed so I have no help to do that. I haven't had problems with the wigs, but wanted another. It makes it impossible to exchange with the rate they go. Very unhappy with the service.but happy with the wigs.
