Exchange A Defective / Too Small Shoe
I've been wearing NEWBALANCE and ONLY NEWBALANCE FOR 35 YEARS. I recently purchased from KOSMOS, an online retailer in Italy, a pair of Made In USA 1300JP3. Unfortunately, they are a little bit too small and appear to be, cosmetically at least, defective. I've reached out to Customer Service here in the USA who for some reason, referred me to NewBalance In ITALY. This a SUPER LIMITED, PREMIUM AND EXPENSIVE SHOE, that's released every 5 years. I am asking to return them NOT for a refund, but simply a gift card or store credit. I have my proof of purchase.
