Tech came out to do a water extract, some furniture was not removed causing excessive water on most of the floors, sopping wet. Called supervisor Craig to explain the situation he was very unprofessional, over talking and loud. I asked him to please have the tech come back out to remove the excessive water ask if I wanted them to come out every day until the water was completely out , no I want most of the water removed so it can be livable. The tech Ernesto Borges was called and said he offered a dry machine and a humidifier which is untrue. I called Craig again because he was telling the tech that he would send us to collection because we threatened to stop payment since we weren't satisfied with the service. He refuse to work with us, I asked him if he thought Mr. Steemer would be happy if he knew how he was representing his company. I was charged $l,000.00 for this service, please inform. I did stop payment and will pay once I am satisfied.
