Concerns Saint Robert, MO Big O location, today, 09 September, 2020. Made 4PM appointment for tire rotation yesterday. Arrived 3:55 PM today. Waited until 4:50PM for the rotation service to even begin. User's recommendation: Don’t expect prompt service or accurate appointment times at this location.
